    Joe Biden says 'more people may die' if Trump does not cooperate with transition process

    President-elect Biden warned that President Trump's unwillingness to accept the outcome of the 2020 U.S. election could hamper the incoming Biden administration's ability to rapidly distribute a covid-19 vaccine.
